About the Clinic
Welcome to Head Into Life Psychology, a newly established psychological practice in North Wyong. I offer psychological therapy to adults and teens in a small practice setting.
Services can be provided privately (no referral required), with a Medicare rebate (Mental Health Care Plan from a GP required), or under iCare (formally known as WorkCover).

Registered Psychologist
I am a registered Psychologist with experience assisting clients through work and life transitions as well as clinically with clients experiencing psychological distress and workplace injury. I incorporate various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Integrated CBT, Motivational Interviewing and EDMR (Eye Movement and Desensitisation Reprocessing therapy). My approach is client-centred and aims to assist clients to independently manage their mental health. I have experience working with various psychological disturbances, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma (including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and work stress. I can provide face-to-face or video-health sessions in a small private clinic setting.
